Hi! I’m Nicole Currie.

I am passionate about helping people lead more balanced lives through holistic fitness and wellness. I love teaching various styles of yoga, mindfulness meditation, Pilates to help with stability, barre fitness, dance, and kids movement classes. I bring years of experience as a professional dancer, NFL cheerleader, retreat leader, credentialed elementary school dance teacher, and trained chef.

After my beautiful mom passed away from stage 4 colon cancer 14 years ago, I wanted to be of service to others dealing with the stresses of daily life. I see how hard people work, how many obligations they have, and how many responsibilities they navigate. My purpose is to gently remind others it’s okay to take time out of their full lives to rest, rejuvenate, indulge in slowing down, play, and allow their bodies to heal. You deserve it!

  • MFA in Dance from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts

  • California Credential in Dance Education K-12

  • 500-hour Yoga Works, Yoga Certification

  • White Lotus Foundation, Yoga Certification

  • STOTT Pilates and Total Barre, Full Certification

  • Ballymaloe Cookery School, Chef Training

  • MindBodyGreen Health Coach Certification

  • Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach (currently enrolled)
