Weekly Movement Plan

Each week, we curate a balanced program to help you gain strength and feel refreshed. Supporting your fitness and wellness goals, we aim to release 1-2 brand new classes per week. We’re excited to grow our workout library at a sustainable pace to keep things fresh for you. Feel free to make this your own, take exercise variations you prefer, schedule extra rest days, and swap in classes you enjoy.

Refresh Reset and Wellness Guide

Schedule a Refresh Reset any time you want to recharge your mind, body, and soul. Take one class each day and add in any other self-care tools that will enhance your experience. The thorough wellness guide is there for you to offer additional information. Some self-care ideas are taking nature walks as you notice your environment, putting something fun on the calendar, enjoying sips of an herbal tea, or writing what you are grateful for in a journal. We hope you delight in this gentle program!

Monthly Live Classes + Quarterly Wellness Chats

Enjoy monthly live classes where we can connect virtually in real time. Classs are a mix of yoga, Pilates, and mindfulness meditation. Each quarter, we meet online to chat about a wellness theme and engage in thoughtful discussions. Some chats are informal group forums where we ask questions, share insights, and gain collective wisdom from our various interests related to health and wellness. Other chats are about a specific health-related topic. In the future, we plan to invite special guests (health and wellness experts) so we can all learn and gather new understandings in this robust field. Live classes and wellness chats are around 40 minutes and will be held live on Zoom and recorded for future access.

We are here to cheer each other on, inspire growth, and learn together from our diverse viewpoints. We honor everyone’s unique needs and empower you to become your own best teacher. Compassion, kindness, joy, self-love, and gentleness instead of perfection are our core values. We have designed a beautiful community space on a private platform off social media. We value your time and only post a few inspirations per month keeping app usage minimal.
