How much is the membership?
Refresh Holistic online membership is $29.99 US Dollars per month, or $239.88 annually (or $19.99 per month).
How do I sign up?
Each membership begins with a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, your subscription will begin. You can sign up here.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your membership within the 14-day trial period without being charged. You can also cancel your membership before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month. Once you cancel, you will have access to your membership for the rest of your billing cycle.
Do you issue refunds?
Due to the nature of an online fitness studio, we can’t offer refunds for the month you purchased as you have access to all the online platform content. If you no longer wish to have access to the membership platform, please cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
What equipment do I need?
While investing in fitness equipment can be a valuable part of your health journey, we encourage you to use what you already have at home before purchasing more. We recommend the equipment below to get the most out of your Refresh Holistic workouts.
Heavy weights: start with 8 lbs. or less and increase slowly when you feel ready
Light weights: 2-5 lbs. or no weight if you have any joint sensitivity
Pilates ball: a 9-inch ball to help with core stability exercises
Chair (any sturdy chair at home works great)
Step stool (optional)
What are your business hours?
We practice having a healthy work-life balance. Thank you for your understanding that we are not available on the platforms 24/7. We will be connecting online during regular business hours M-Th 10-2 pm PST. We will do our best to get back to your emails within 48 hours.
