Your Online Wellness Studio!

Happy Thanksgiving! How are you? Wishing you and your loved ones so much peace.

For over a year, I have been working evenings and weekends building an online community space that includes a curated weekly movement plan, yoga classes, Pilates workouts, mindfulness meditations, and quarterly wellness chats. I have been dreaming of a way to create this all-encompassing wellness platform for around 10 years. I even ran a crowdfunding campaign about a decade ago to raise funds for this massive project. However, the timing and technology hurdles always seemed to get in the way. There were many times that I wanted to give up on this vision. But, the tug deep in my heart kept me believing that one day a healing space where people can support their minds, bodies, and souls would be possible.

The idea for this platform is to continue the expansion that happens while on retreat together at beautiful Sagrada Wellness. Whether we’ve met on retreat before or another way, I am excited to grow and learn with you in an uplifting virtual space.

We have so many wonderful topics to explore in our quarterly wellness chats. Some topic ideas are how breathing can regulate your nervous system, deeper dives into various yoga asanas (postures), nutrition to balance blood sugar, stress management techniques, finding deep core stability, taking care of your fascial system with simple movement practices, the principles of mindfulness meditation, and so much more!
